What You Need to Know: The Moon
Scattered across the planet are reminders of a past that we know very little about. Vast monuments, that hark back to a different time, dominate the landscapes in which they stand. These magnificent structures are often covered in carvings venerating wondrous serpents, intertwined with representations of the Sun. Decorated with extensive glyphs that seem to pose more questions about the history of Mankind than provide answers, these mighty edifices have intrigued scholars and scientists for generations. The impossible accuracy of the Great Pyramid in Egypt, the standing armies of stones in the fields of Carnac in northern France. The square kilometres that make up the Angkor complex in Cambodia. Gobekli Tepe in Turkey, the lichen encrusted rocks of Karahunj in Armenia and Adam’s Calendar in South Africa. The brooding Moai of Easter Island. The blood spattered Mayan and Inca temple precincts of South America. The stone circles of Stonehenge, Avebury, Skara Brae and many other places in Britain and many more sites around the world all bear testament to mighty civilizations that make our own twenty first century life seem insignificant in comparison. Who were these people? Why did they set themselves these massive building tasks? Did they know something, or somebody, we don’t?
The Moon is a barren desolate place constantly bombarded by meteorites. Richard Hoagland showed that all is not as it seems. With no atmosphere to act as a shield, a veritable stream of space stuff is constantly pulverising its surface, yet there is a structure called the Shard that towers over a mile above the Moon’s surface. There are what appear to be buildings with cooling towers and even a pyramid. Was mankind not the first civilisation to take that small step onto the surface of the Moon? Have others been there already and are they still there? Indeed, did mankind ever get there at all?
The question of whether or not the Apollo Moon landings of July 1969 actually happened has been a controversial one for decades. All sorts of anomalies are apparent in the official NASA footage supplied to the public, from the fluttering flag in an airless environment to the mysterious Coke bottle reported by Australian viewers at the time. Surely, when the Lunar Module landed the thrust of its engines would have blown away any dust lying on the immediate surface, so how did Neil Armstrong make his famous footprint? Was the footage that I watched live in 1969 actually from the Moon or was it all shot in a studio in Langley Research Center? It would appear that the official NASA footage and whatever was filmed at the time are very definitely not the same thing.
Dr Rauni-Leena Luukanen-Kilde is a Finnish physician who has been an author and lecturer on parapsychology, ufology and mind control since 1982. In the interview featured she was talking about her presence at a UFO conference held in Moscow just before the collapse of the Soviet Union. In attendance were 3 top US military personnel. In actual fact it was a re-interview as the original, mysteriously, had large sections of it removed by “hostile agencies” in London. Dr Kilde spoke of a Russian woodsman named Anatoly Malchev who had travelled in a UFO and had seen the lights of bases on the dark side of the Moon. She goes on to say that it is now a standing order within the Russian military not to attack UFOs as it is always the humans who come off worst. She maintains that the mind and dreams are not created by the brain, as is suggested by current medical thought, but are a consciousness that can travel anywhere throughout the multi-verse, separately from the body. Dr Kilde suggests that there is a secret exchange program between humans and aliens that is being deliberately suppressed by “powerful Western governments”, particularly, surprise surprise, the United States. She also holds that there is a plot to kill most of the Earth’s population using the Swine Flu vaccine.
David Icke retold Credo Mutwa’s Zulu legend that talks of the Moon as a hollow egg, created far away, rolled across the heavens and put in place by two sibling reptilian gods. (Enki and Enlil?) This process caused a great cataclysm on the Earth and led to the virtual destruction of mankind. In the mid-1970s two scientists from the Soviet Academy of Sciences suggested that the Moon was a huge alien spaceship. A bit like the Death Star in Star Wars.
No one really knows how the Moon came into being. If the Moon and Earth formed together in orbit, why are the surface materials of these two worlds so dissimilar? There are rocks found on the Moon which might be older than the Earth. Also, the chances of the Earth gravitationally attracting a body the size of the Moon into such a perfect orbit are billions to one.
In 1787, the legendary astronomer, Sir William Herschel, recorded strange lights traveling across the face of the Moon. That same year he also spotted 3 red lights in the darkness of the lunar surface, describing the brightest one “as being brighter than a recently discovered comet”. He also believed there to be large “lunar cities” within the moon’s craters and strongly believed in extraterrestrial life…
…and if your head explodes with dark forebodings too, I’ll see you on the dark side of the moon.
